We are an FSA registered insurance brokerage set up to assist commercial clients and their legal advisors
to place legal indemnity insurance for title problems encountered in conveyancing / property finance
transactions. These can be from the straightforward to the most complicated type of risks.

- With our expertise in the market we know which underwriters are comfortable with different types of
risks. Our Director David Turschwell is a qualified solicitor and previously a Director of Underwriting at a
leading title insurer.
- We have agreed service levels with underwriters so reply rapidly.
What are the charges for using our service? There are no fees charged in connection with the service provided by us as we are remunerated by the
insurers / underwriting agencies who we place business with. |
